TraskNari's Steam Account Stolen, Disabled and Retrieved

TraskNari's Steam account kevendithas was snatched by some giant butthole recently. He already said in a video that if you get a message from him on Steam, IT IS NOT HIM. It is Mr. Butthole. If you are on Trask's friends list you should probably change your password to something complex and butthole repelling.

Oh and if I seem a bit uncaring about this, I'm not. I'm just very tired right now. That doesn't mean this is a joke though. Trask himself uploaded a video on this, which is why I'm letting you forumites know. Just in case you missed it.

How did they hack it?

Phishing I believe. From the annotation that would seem most likely.

Happens to the best of us, sadly. I was the victim of a phishing attack once as well. Speedy password changing and virus scans should be executed ASAP. All personal data should be written down in real life and deleted from the system, yadda yadda.

None of my accounts were hijacked though. Partially because of speedy actions but also because I'm one badass motherfucker.

I just hope that somebody hasn't actually hacked the steam system. I do rather enjoy Steam and I would have to delete my account if this were the case...

I really doubt that would ever happen.

steam system wont get hacked if it did there to good with hackers they would own the hacker

That reminds me of the Half-Life 2 leak. They traced it to a german hacker that was actually rather experienced and had stolen many files before with no trace.
