This is fishsticks! You play as a fish that needs to survive in the water for 5 days. There are several things that will kill you that are floating around in the water. Each day something different will appear and attack you, and occasionally powerups will appear.

That was pretty easy. I lost 3 lives and they were quickly replaced by the occasional 1-up. Most of the time I was left wondering why the fuck everything wants you dead and why there's a Japanese tentacle monster throwing cleavers at you when the red fish are clearly bigger.
