| This was actually really entertaining. The controls were flawless, the graphics had that pixelated style that everyone seems to love and it wasn't too difficult. It was made a bit too easy due to the abundance of checkpoints though. They help in the later parts but do we really need that many checkpoints? In level 4, I breezed past at least half of the level without dying once, activating several checkpoints along the way. It's nice to see that the game tries to help even the worst of players but this is a bit too much. I usually suck at platformer games, as in I can't even beat the first level of Super Mario Brothers 3 without dying at least 8 times, and I found this game to be unbelievably easy. I didn't start dying several times in one area before level 7. Still, it is a nice break from trying out stuff like FallOver and You Probably Won't Make It. Those were just mean. The kind of mean. Though this was still a really enjoyable game. | |
