| Technically two days. Details details details... So yesterday, on New Years Eve, I woke up feeling not too bad. Had a bit of a runny nose and a slightly sore throat, you know, the usual in a cold. It didn't get much better though, and I found myself really sleepy at midnight(I can usually stay up to 4 AM and not feel a thing). Thinking it was just the cold, I went to bed, and I woke up feeling like diarrhea. Not shit, purely liquid diarrhea. I felt AWFUL. I had tried this before, though, and it felt like just a tough version of the common cold. I went about the day like usual with my constantly clogging and running nose(hurts like a bitch to touch it now), played a bit of WoW, looked at Spoony's new SWAT 4 video, and it was only getting worse. During Spoony's video, I started feeling immense chills. Naturally, being a hypochondriac, I feared the worst. Turned out it was just a fever but that didn't mean I felt much better. I had some burgers for dinner as a way of cheering myself up, then I went to sleep. After I woke back up, my entire body hurt like hell. And I mean searing pain. EVERYWHERE. It was like needles, 5 millimeters in diameter poking into my nerves. I had had this once before, though, when I went home from seeing Avatar. I knew it was a symptom of high blood sugar(I'm a diabetic, mind you) and I wanted to measure my blood sugar. Only problem was that I felt so weak that I could barely move, and whenever I did it hurt slightly more. I managed to work up enough strength to measure my blood sugar though(I messed up the first time and it took even longer >:C ). It was 19,8. High. Naturally, I took some insulin to bring it back down, though it wasn't anywhere near fast enough in my opinion. It took half an hour before it got back down, and an hour for my body to stop aching. However, despite the weakness during that hour, I noticed that I felt MUCH better afterwards and, being a total nerd, I figured the best thing to do would be to not rest but rather go on the Internet again. Now I've finished writing this at midnight, feeling plenty of energy, though I still have a runny nose, so I'll be cautious this time. Promise.

| Wow, that sounds like it was bad... It's like when I got H1N1. It didn't go away for a whole week! Anyways, glad you're feeling better! | |
