A personal favorite of mine. It's your generic shoot stuff get upgrades shooter, but there's a catch. Nearly EVERYTHING is upgradeable.

Man, You really should play upgrade complete i played it and its awesome, and no, it wont drive you insane, but itll be really funny to watch you play.

This game is really fun, it's like Captain Forever minus everything except being a ship that gets upgrades to put around it however you want to make it look awesome.
I hope nobody else runs into this glitch but I experienced critical failure. Twice while I was playing the game on newgrounds it decided I can't have nice things and erased all my ship upgrades leaving only the base, the first time was annoying since it only left me with enough money to buy a level 1 gun to try and grind wave 9 until I could get back to where my ship was again but before I even reached that point it took away my toys again but this was especially bad since this time it left me without enough money to even buy another gun so my game was irrevocably flarglbargld because the game saves your progress even if you close the window and you can't start the game over until you finish it so I was stuck in limbo.
Thankfully I went to play it at armor games and it went just fine, it doesn't take too long to get 100% and the true ending makes you feel super awesome.
